Intelli DocsConnect Facebook Messenger
Link your Facebook Page so your assistant can handle Messenger conversations. The Messenger inbox itself is coming soon.
You can connect your Facebook Page to Intelli today, and pick the assistant that will handle its Messenger conversations. The dedicated Messenger inbox in the dashboard is not live yet — see the note at the bottom.
Find the setup at Dashboard → Channels, on the Facebook card (click Create). The page is called Get Started With Messenger.
What you'll need
The Onboarding Requirements card next to the signup lists the prerequisites:
- Facebook Page Admin Access with messaging enabled.
- Business Manager Access to approve requested permissions.
- Page Messaging Policies compliant with Meta guidelines.
You'll also need an assistant — the flow asks you to pick one, and stops with "No assistants found. Please create an assistant first." if your organization has none.
Connect with Facebook
- On the Messenger Signup card, click Connect with Facebook.
- Sign in and authorize Intelli for the Facebook Page you want to connect.
- Back in Intelli, the card confirms the connected Page by name.
Select your assistant
- Under Select Your Assistant, pick the assistant that should handle Messenger conversations.
- Click Continue. Intelli finishes the channel setup.
- On success you'll see Setup Complete! with the connected Page and assistant. Use Connect Another Page to repeat the flow for more Pages.
Messenger inbox — coming soon
Not live yet
Conversations → Messenger currently shows a Coming Soon badge. Facebook Messenger conversations will appear there when the channel goes live — connecting your Page now means you're ready the moment it does.
